The Regent at Burnsville was developed and owned by principals of Crown Senior Living, LLC and Tapestry Senior Housing Management, LLC. The facility has 136 units comprised of independent, assisted, memory care and Care Suites. Care Suites operate in a similar manner to skilled nursing under a private pay program. HUD provided both construction and permanent non-recourse financing. Principals of Crown owned the facility.

The facility was stabilized approximately 18 months after construction completion.
